Return and refund policy

Important information:

  • 14 days to process refunds
  • No restocking fee
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with the tags and in its original packaging.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, Miliqa Home will not refund these return costs.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions above, you must do the following to start the return process.

  1. Mail to: info@miliqahome.com
  2. Please state the reason for return and include your order number. You will receive a return address and a return form.
  3. Please send the product including return form to the address provided and let us know the corresponding tracking number.

Your request will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.

Damaged items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can offer you an appropriate solution immediately.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customised products (these are personalised items) cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Cancellations
In case you wish to cancel your order you can do so as long as your order has not been shipped (within 24 hours), please contact us as soon as possible at info@miliqahome.com. If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, however, you can return the package to us immediately upon receipt in exchange for a full refund.

Exchanging
In this case, it is best to return the item you have and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we have received your return, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 5 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and book the refund.


Do I have to pay for my return shipment?
Yes, all customers are responsible for the cost of their returns.
